Fees are generally non-refundable. We review charges for billing errors, verified material service failures on our side, and remedies required by law or by Paddle's mandatory Buyer Terms.

01Fees are generally non-refundable
Price Tracker is a subscription service you can evaluate before paying. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card, and the Pro trial can be canceled before it converts. Because of that, fees you have already paid are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after a cancellation.
This is not a satisfaction guarantee and there is no general change of mind refund. The limited situations where we review a charge are set out below, together with rights you have under law that we cannot limit.
02When we review a charge
We review and, where appropriate, remedy a charge in these situations:
- +A billing error, such as a duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong amount or plan, or a charge taken after a cancellation had already taken effect. We correct the charge and refund the incorrect amount.
- +A verified material failure of Price Tracker, caused by us and within our reasonable control, that stopped the core monitoring service from working for substantially all of your organization for a sustained period, where you told us promptly and we did not restore service within a reasonable time. The usual remedy is a reasonable service credit or a prorated refund for the affected period. A full refund is given only where required by law or where the paid period was materially unusable.
- +A refund or other remedy required by law that cannot be waived, or required by Paddle's mandatory Buyer Terms.
03What is not a refundable failure
- +A source website changing its structure, blocking access, going offline, or publishing incorrect information.
- +A failed or delayed check, a missed change, or a scheduling delay that did not stop core monitoring for a sustained period.
- +Not using the service, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or deciding the plan is not a fit after paying.
- +Business outcomes such as pricing, sourcing, or inventory decisions you made using monitored data.
04How to ask us to review a charge
Email help@shopifypricetracker.com with the account email, the charge date and amount or the Paddle order reference, and what went wrong. You can also contact Paddle's order support at paddle.net.
Refunds, where granted, are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on Paddle and your bank or card issuer.
05Cancelling instead
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your paid access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel from your billing settings or by contacting us.
You can avoid charges you do not want by starting on the Free plan, which costs nothing and needs no card, by canceling a Pro trial before it ends, and by canceling a subscription before it renews.
06Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived. If your local consumer law gives you a stronger remedy, such as a statutory cooling off or withdrawal period, that law applies.
07Paddle handles the payment side
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to this policy.
